If you are visiting Colmar, one thing is very important to you when choosing accommodation – being close to the heart of the old part of town. Well, the good news is that I have a recommendation for you for the best accommodation in town! It took me a long time to discover it, but now I finally know where to sleep every time I stay in Colmar.
Note – I write the story of this accommodation solely from my experience and for your soul. ❤️ It is my desire to share with you every positive experience I have gained while enjoying my adventures. And here is an impression, more than a positive, that you will see for yourself.
The definitely number 1 accommodation on Colmar’s apartment list is the Djokovic family apartment, located right in the center, right next to the Unterlinden Museum. Accommodation address is 5 Rue de l’Eau, so you can view the site yourself and see for yourself how valuable it is through a google map.
The apartment is brand new and fully equipped, and the family started renting out last year, so a real little paradise will be waiting for you at this address! The apartment has a sleeping area with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need (and more), as well as a bathroom with a shower. The bathroom has everything you need – towels, bath, shampoo, hairdryer, ear sticks, toothpaste – all you need for personal hygiene. This information is especially relevant for people traveling to low-cost companies who cannot carry any type of fluid over 100ml in their luggage. Everything is clean and tidy and please leave it behind as well, because the hosts are very nice people who have tried their best to make everyone’s stay in the apartment a clean ten!
The hosts Sasha and Sanja are people originally from Belgrade, but they are living in Colmar for years. They welcomed us very warmly and made our stay in Colmar very enjoyable. In addition to welcoming us, they also gave us a wealth of information about Colmar and what we should visit and visit, what to pay attention to, etc. For the hospitality, like everything else, I give them a clean ten! ❤️
